Delivery

As most of our products are rare limited editions we only use a premium delivery service to ensure your goods always arrive safely and in tip-top condition.

We take great pride in our outstanding service and we aim to have your prints in the post the same day of ordering where possible. Under normal circumstances prints are packed in heavy tubes and are wrapped in acid free tissue paper.

Please note that we do not make money on P&P - in fact we often loose out. We choose to use premium postage services as through experience these are by far the most reliable meaning we can offer you a speedy and hassle-free service.

In order to cover ourselves please allow a maximum of 28 days for you to receive your order although in reality this is extremely unlikely.

Delivery is broken down into three areas depending on your location as follows...

United Kingdom: 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' - £6.95

All prints are sent by 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' which is a priority trackable service and includes extra insurance with guaranteed next day delivery (from despatch date). Signature required.

Europe: 'Royal Mail International Signed For' - £10.95

All prints are sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' which is a priority trackable service and includes extra insurance. Generally speaking prints should arrive within 3-5 working days (from despatch date). Signature required.

Rest of World: 'Royal Mail International Signed For' - £14.95

All prints are sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' which is a priority trackable service and includes extra insurance. Generally speaking prints should arrive within 3-5 working days (from despatch date). Signature required.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.

In the event of lost items, we can make a claim for your loss to the Royal Mail, but we can only do this after 30 days from the dispatch date. As soon as we receive compensation your money will be refunded to you.

Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card / PayPal account on which the purchase was made.
