Returns must be made within 14 days, and the item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. 

Reasons for returns include damage in transit or during manufacture. Damage caused by you, your dog or anything else is not our fault.

We are not responsible for returned items that fail to reach us. So, for your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery).

We will then issue a refund minus the costs of initial packing and shipping charges. This can take up to 30 days to complete. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card / PayPal account on which the purchase was made.
